Private Hire Credit Account Terms & Conditions
(1) General
- The completed Taxi/Private Hire Account Form sent to AAA Executive Cars Ltd is a request from the business/person
Detailed on the form for the provision of credit account facilities. - The signed form is permission where applicable for AAA Executive Cars Ltd to seek particulars from the Banker’s
Business reference is named on the Taxi Account Application form. - “AAA” Cars reserves the right at its discretion and without giving reasons to reject the application and decline to
enter into a contract. - The Agreement exists between AAA Executive Cars LTD, 3 Barrett Court, 70 Cardiff Road, Reading. RG1 8ED
- A password can be added to the account for use when ordering a taxi under this contract. No credit bookings will be
accepted by AAA Executive Cars Ltd unless the correct authority details are quoted by the person ordering the taxi.
(vi) The client shall notify AAA Executive Cars Ltd in writing of ANY change in the Particulars shown overleaf. - Amendments take effect from the date shown on a confirmation notice issued by “AAA” Executive Cars.
(2) Payment
- Payment must be made 14 days after the billing date; otherwise late payment charge will be applied.
- This payment can be made by BACS, credit card (by telephone) or cash. If cash, this should be hand-delivered to our Accounts Department by appointment, which can be arranged by emailing our accounts team on: accounts@taaaxi.com
(3) Termination of Accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an agreement at any time due to non-payment of the Account. Any outstanding monies become immediately due for payment.
- We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement should the Account Holder or agent(s) of said Account Holder act inappropriately towards any agent(s) of AAA Executive Cars Ltd. Any outstanding monies become immediately due
Due for payment. - Either party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days’ notice, of such in writing to the registered
business/home address of the other party.
